Are You Tired Of The Same Old Recipes?

I am, so tried of the same old food, its time to try a new chicken recipe.
It's another hot, humid, muggy summer day here in Florida. It's going to be another day well  over 100 degree with humidity!

No chance of an oven going on today, so I decided to pull out the trusty crock pot or to some better known as the slow cooker.

Here is the recipe:

1 whole chicken   (I used 6 chicken boneless & skinless breast)
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( I used 3/4 teaspoon to cut down on spiciness)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 fresh onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Put chicken and spices in a chicken bag and toss. Place Chicken on a bed of onion and set on high for 4-6 hours serve with rice or potatoes and Voila!

Dinner is ready...time to eat!

Let you know how yours turns out...Enjoy!
